Abstract

A method for operating a time-of-flight sensor system includes by an array of pixels of a time-of-flight sensor of the time-of-flight sensor system, generating signal data representative of reflected light from an environment; generating an intensity representation of an object in the environment based on the signal data representative of the reflected light from the environment; determining that the intensity representation indicates that an object in the environment includes a target object; and responsive to the determining, generating a three-dimensional representation of the environment based on the data representative of the reflected light.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'exploitation d'un système de capteur de temps de vol comprenant la génération, par une matrice de pixels d'un capteur de temps de vol du système de capteur de temps de vol, de données de signal représentant la lumière réfléchie par un environnement; la génération d'une représentation d'intensité d'un objet dans l'environnement en fonction des données de signal représentant la lumière réfléchie par l'environnement; la détermination que la représentation d'intensité indique qu'un objet dans l'environnement comprend un objet cible; et en réponse à la détermination, la génération d'une représentation tridimensionnelle de l'environnement en fonction des données représentant la lumière réfléchie.
