A process for the preparation of a solid catalyst component comprising a Ti compound, a coloring agent and optionally an electron donor on a Mg chloride based support, said process comprising one or more steps (a) carried out at a temperature ranging from 0 to l50°C in which a Mg based compound of formula (MgClmX2-m)·nLB, in which m ranges from 0 to 2, n ranges from 0 to 6, X is, independently R1, OR1, -OCOR1 or O-C(O)-OR1 group in which R1 is a C1-C20 hydrocarbon group and LB is a Lewis base, is reacted with a liquid medium comprising a Ti compound having at least a Ti-Cl bond in an amount such that the Ti/Mg molar ratio is higher than 3; said process being characterized by the fact that in at least one of said steps an organic coloring agent is present either associated to the Mg compound or dispersed in said liquid medium comprising the titanium compound.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un composant catalytique solide comprenant un composé à base de Ti, un colorant et éventuellement un donneur d'électrons sur un support à base de chlorure de Mg, ledit procédé comprenant une ou plusieurs étapes (a) effectuées à une température dans la plage de 0 à 150°C, au cours de laquelle ou au cours desquelles, on fait réagir un composé à base de Mg de formule (MgClmX2-m)·nLB, dans laquelle m se situe dans la plage de 0 à 2, n se situe dans la plage de 0 à 6, X représente, indépendamment, un groupe R1, OR1, -OCOR1 ou O-C(O)-OR1, dans lequel R1 représente un groupe hydrocarboné en C1-C20, et LB est une base de Lewis, avec un milieu liquide comprenant un composé à base de Ti présentant au moins une liaison Ti-Cl en une quantité telle que le rapport molaire Ti/Mg est supérieur à 3 ; ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que dans au moins une desdites étapes, un colorant organique est soit associé au composé à base de Mg soit dispersé dans ledit milieu liquide comprenant le composé à base de titane.
