An assembly for a drug delivery device is provided comprising: a housing (10) having a proximal end and a distal end, a dose setting and drive mechanism comprising a dose setting member (60, 150) which is moveable relative to the housing (10) in a dose setting operation from an initial position to a dose set position in order to set a dose of drug, the dose setting and drive mechanism further comprising a piston rod (30) which, after the dose setting operation, is displaceable in the distal direction relative to the housing (10) in a dose delivery operation of the dose setting and drive mechanism, wherein, during the dose delivery operation, the piston rod is displaced relative to the housing (10) by a displacement distance which is determined by the set dose, e.g. by the size of the set dose, a guide track (42, 170), a tracking member (50, 160) which is configured to cooperate with the guide track (42, 170), a coupling mechanism which is configured to operatively couple the tracking member (50, 160) to the dose setting and drive mechanism, wherein the coupling mechanism has two different states, a coupled state and a non-coupled state. Moreover, a drug delivery device and a method for producing a drug delivery device are provided.

L'invention concerne un ensemble pour un dispositif d'administration de médicament comprenant : un boîtier (10) présentant une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, un mécanisme de réglage de dose et d'entraînement comprenant un élément de réglage de dose (60, 150) qui est mobile par rapport au boîtier (10) dans une opération de réglage de dose à partir d'une position initiale vers une position de réglage de dose afin de régler une dose de médicament, le mécanisme de réglage de dose et d'entraînement comprenant en outre une tige de piston (30) qui, après l'opération de réglage de dose, peut être déplacée dans la direction distale par rapport au boîtier (10) dans une opération d'administration de dose du mécanisme de réglage de dose et d'entraînement, où, pendant l'opération d'administration de dose, la tige de piston est déplacée par rapport au boîtier (10) d'une distance de déplacement qui est déterminée par la dose réglée, par exemple par la dimension de la dose réglée, une piste de guidage (42, 170), un élément de suivi (50, 160) qui est conçu pour coopérer avec la piste de guidage (42, 170), un mécanisme d'accouplement qui est conçu pour accoupler fonctionnellement l'élément de suivi (50, 160) au mécanisme de réglage de dose et d'entraînement, le mécanisme d'accouplement présentant deux états différents, un état accouplé et un état non accouplé.
