Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Drehzahl- und/oder Drehwinkelerfassungseinheit (100) zur Erfassung der Drehzahl und/oder des Drehwinkels einer Welle (15) und insbesondere einer Kurbelwelle (15) einer mit Muskelkraft und/oder oder mit Motorkraft antreibbaren Arbeitsvorrichtung und insbesondere eines Fahrzeugs (1) wie ein e-bike oder Pedelec. Eine Kurbelwelle (15) ist mit einer Oberflächenstruktur (40) versehen, welche materiell, z.B. als Erhebungen und Vertiefungen, und/oder magnetisch auf einer Oberfläche (15a) der Kurbelwelle (15) ausgebildet ist. Eine Sensoreinheit (30) ist zur Erfassung eines von der Welle (15) und der Oberflächenstruktur (40) getragenen Magnetfeldes ausgebildet. Die Sensoreinheit kann optional als eine aktive Einrichtung mit einer Erregerspule und einer Empfangsspule ausgebildet sein.

The present invention relates to a rotational-speed and/or angle-of-rotation sensing unit (100) for sensing the rotational speed and/or the angle of rotation of a shaft (15) and in particular of a crankshaft (15) of a working device that can be driven by muscle force and/or by motor force and in particular of a vehicle (1) such as an e-bike or a pedelec. A crankshaft (15) is provided with a surface structure (40) that is materially, e.g. in the form of elevations and depressions, and/or magnetically formed on a surface (15a) of the crankshaft (15). A sensor unit (30) is designed to sense a magnetic field borne by the shaft (15) and by the surface structure (40). The sensor unit can optionally be designed as an active device comprising an exciter coil and a receiving coil.
