Elastomerlager (12) zur elastischen Lagerung eines Kugelgelenkes (10) in einem Aufnahmeauge (14) eines Fahrwerks (16), aufweisend eine das Kugelgelenk (10) aufnehmende Innenhülse (28), eine die Innenhülse (28) unter Ausbildung eines Spaltes (30) umgebende Außenhülse (32) und einen innerhalb des Spaltes (30) angeordneten Elastomerkörper (34), der die Innenhülse (28) und die Außenhülse (32) miteinander verbindet, wobei der Elastomerkörper (34) wenigstens ein Radialpolster (58), das in eine Radialrichtung (R) wirkt, und wenigstens zwei Axialpolster (60, 62) aufweist, die in Axialrichtung (A) zueinander beanstandet sind und in entgegen gerichtete Axialrichtungen (A) wirken, wobei ein erstes Axialpolster (60) unter Vorspannung an einer ersten Axialpolsterinnenfläche (70) der Außenhülse (32) und einer ersten Axialpolsteraußenfläche (72) der Innenhülse (28) anliegt, und wobei ein zweites Axialpolster (62) unter Vorspannung an einer zweiten Axialpolsterinnenfläche (74) der Außenhülse (32) und einer zweiten Axialpolsteraußenfläche (76) der Innenhülse (28) anliegt. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Kugelgelenksystem (10) für ein Fahrwerk (16).

An elastomer bearing (12) for elastically supporting a ball joint (10) in a receiving eye (14) of an undercarriage (16), having an inner sleeve (28) receiving the ball joint (10), an outer sleeve (32) surrounding the inner sleeve (28) so as to form a gap (30), and an elastomer body (34), which is arranged within the gap (30) and connects the inner sleeve (28) and the outer sleeve (32) to one another, the elastomer body (34) having at least one radial cushion (58), which acts in a radial direction (R), and at least two axial cushions (60, 62), which are distanced from one another in the axial direction (A) and act in opposite axial directions (A). A first axial cushion (60) rests under bias against a first axial cushion inner surface (70) of the outer sleeve (32) and a first axial cushion outer surface(72) of the inner sleeve (28), and a second axial cushion (62) rests under bias against a second axial cushion inner surface (74) of the outer sleeve (32) and a second axial cushion outer surface (76) of the inner sleeve (28). The invention further relates to a ball joint system (10) for an undercarriage (16).

Un premier rembourrage axial (60) repose sous une précontrainte sur une première surface intérieure (70) de rembourrage axial de la douille extérieure (32) et sur une première surface extérieure (72) de rembourrage axial de la douille intérieure (28). Un deuxième rembourrage axial (62) repose sous une précontrainte sur une surface intérieure (74) de rembourrage axial de la douille extérieure (32) et sur une deuxième surface extérieure (76) de rembourrage axial de la douille intérieure (28). L’invention concerne en outre un système de joint à rotule (10) pour un train de roulement (16).
