Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Deckel (3) für eine Mikrotiterplatte (1) mit einer Vielzahl von Vertiefungen (2), welche auf einer Oberseite (O) der Mikrotiterplatte (1) angeordnet sind und zur Aufnahme von Proben dienen, wobei der Deckel (3), insbesondere lösbar, an der Mikrotiterplatte (1) befestigbar ist, derart, dass er zumindest die Oberseite (O) der Mikrotiterplatte (1) abdeckt, wobei der Deckel (3) einen Grundkörper (4) aufweist, welcher derart ausgestaltet und/oder beschaffen ist, dass er zumindest in den Bereichen, welche sich im auf die Mikrotiterplatte (1) aufgebrachten Zustand des Deckels (3) oberhalb der Vertiefungen (2) in der Mikrotiterplatte (1) befinden, zumindest für Licht zumindest einer vorgebbaren Wellenlänge durchlässig ist, und wobei der Deckel (3) zumindest ein Verschlusselement (5) umfasst, welches derart ausgestaltet und/oder angeordnet ist, dass es im auf die Mikrotiterplatte (1) aufgebrachten Zustand des Deckels (3) zumindest eine der Vertiefungen (2) in der Mikrotiterplatte (1) verschließt. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein System aus einer Mikrotiterplatte (1) mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Deckel (3) sowie einen automatisierbaren Laborarbeitsplatz mit einem erfindungsgemäßen System.

The present invention relates to a lid (3) for a microtiter plate (1) having a multiplicity of wells (2) which are arranged on an upper side (U) of the microtiter plate (1) and serve for the accommodation of samples, wherein the lid (3) is attachable, especially in a detachable manner, to the microtiter plate (1) such that it covers at least the upper side (U) of the microtiter plate (1), wherein the lid (3) comprises a main body (4) which is formed and/or constituted such that it is transparent at least to light of at least one specifiable wavelength at least in the regions situated above the wells (2) in the microtiter plate (1) when the lid (3) is applied to the microtiter plate (1), and wherein the lid (3) comprises at least one closing element (5) which is formed and/or arranged such that it closes at least one of the wells (2) in the microtiter plate (1) when the lid (3) is applied to the microtiter plate (1). The invention also relates to a system composed of a microtiter plate (1) having a lid (3) according to the invention and to an automatable laboratory workstation having a system according to the invention.

L'invention concerne un couvercle (3) pour une plaque de microtitrage (1) comprenant une pluralité d'évidements (2), lesquels sont disposés sur un côté supérieur (O) de la plaque de microtitrage (1) et qui servent à recevoir des échantillons. Le couvercle (3) peut être fixé en particulier de manière amovible sur la plaque de microtitrage (1) de telle manière qu'il recouvre au moins le côté supérieur (O) de la plaque de microtitrage (1). Le couvercle (3) comporte un corps de base (4), lequel est configuré de telle manière et/ou présente une nature telle qu'il laisse passer au moins la lumière d'au moins une longueur d'onde pouvant être prédéfinie au moins dans des zones, qui se trouvent, lorsque le couvercle (3) est appliqué sur la plaque de microtitrage (1), au-dessus des évidements (2) dans la plaque de microtitrage (1). Le couvercle (3) comprend au moins un élément de fermeture (5), lequel est configuré et/ou disposé de telle manière qu'il ferme au moins un des évidements (2) dans la plaque de microtitrage (1) lorsque le couvercle (3) est appliqué sur la plaque de microtitrage (1). L'invention concerne par ailleurs un système composé d'une plaque de microtitrage (1) pourvue d'un couvercle (3) selon l'invention, ainsi qu'un poste de travail de laboratoire pouvant être automatisé, équipé d'un système selon l'invention.
