A micro-acoustic RF filter comprises first and second ports (101, 102). First and a second signal paths (120, 110) are coupled between the first and second ports and include a corresponding resonator (111, 121). The resonator of at least one of the signal paths is a micro-acoustic resonator. One of the signal paths includes also a phase shifter (232) serially connected with the resonator (111). The micro-acoustic RF filter achieves a broad passband determined by the resonance frequencies of the micro-acoustic resonators. The filter allows flexible adaption of the passband and stopband performance.

L'invention concerne un filtre RF micro-acoustique qui comprend un premier et un second port (101, 102). Un premier et un second trajet de signal (120, 110) sont couplés entre les premier et second ports, et comprennent un résonateur correspondant (111, 121). Le résonateur d'au moins un des trajets de signal est un résonateur micro-acoustique. L'un des trajets de signal comprend également un déphaseur (232) connecté en série avec le résonateur (111). Le filtre RF micro-acoustique permet d'obtenir une large bande passante déterminée par les fréquences de résonance des résonateurs micro-acoustiques. Le filtre permet une adaptation flexible de la performance en bande passante et en bande atténuée.
