Abstract

A process for the preparation of a propylene polymer containing a colouring agent in an amount ranging from 0.2 to 30 ppm referred to the weight of propylene polymer, comprising: a) providing a solid ZN catalyst component which comprises Mg, Ti, halogen and an internal electron donor compound, said Ti being in an amount ranging from 0.1 to 10% of the total weight of solid catalyst component; b) providing a colouring agent comprising at least a pigment; c) mixing the ZN catalyst particles and the colouring agent in a liquid hydrocarbon medium so as to obtain a slurry and d) feeding the slurry obtained in c) to a polymerization reactor and subjecting the reactor to polymerization conditions so as to produce the propylene polymer.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un polymère de propylène contenant un colorant à raison de 0,2 à 30 ppm par rapport au poids du polymère de propylène, comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) utiliser un composant catalyseur Ziegler-Natta (ZN) solide qui comprend du Mg, du Ti, un halogène et un composé donneur d'électrons interne, ledit Ti étant présent à raison de 0,1 à 10 % du poids total du composant catalyseur solide ; b) utiliser un colorant comprenant au moins un pigment ; c) mélanger les particules de catalyseur ZN et le colorant dans un milieu hydrocarboné liquide de façon à obtenir une suspension et d) introduire la suspension obtenue au point c) dans un réacteur de polymérisation et instaurer, dans le réacteur, des conditions de polymérisation pour produire le polymère de propylène.
