Abstract

The present invention relates to a polyurethane microcellular elastomer, a non-pneumatic tire and a preparation process and use thereof. The polyurethane microcellular elastomer of the present invention is obtained by reaction of a reaction system comprising components such as isocyanate, ethylene diamine-started polyoxypropylene ether tetraol, a catalyst and a foaming agent. The non-pneumatic tire of the present invention has very strong fatigue resistance and can be used for non-motor vehicles running at high speed.

La présente invention concerne un élastomère microcellulaire de polyuréthane, un bandage non pneumatique et un procédé de préparation et une utilisation correspondants. L'élastomère microcellulaire de polyuréthane de la présente invention est obtenu par réaction d'un système de réaction comprenant des constituants tels qu'isocyanate, polyoxypropylène-éther-tétraol initié par éthylènediamine, un catalyseur et un agent moussant. Le bandage non pneumatique de la présente invention présente une résistance à la fatigue très élevée et peut être utilisé pour des véhicules non motorisés fonctionnant à grande vitesse.
