Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur schneidenden Bearbeitung eines, insbesondere hohlkammerprofilförmigen, Werkstücks (30) mit einer Wandung (52) und wenigstens einem innerhalb der Wandung (52) liegenden Werkstückinnenabschnitt (54), insbesondere einem Trennsteg, mittels einer Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (10), wobei die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (10) eine Laserbearbeitungseinrichtung (12) und eine zusätzliche Trenneinrichtung (14), insbesondere eine mechanische Trenneinrichtung (14), aufweist, das Verfahren umfassend folgende Schritte: a. Durchtrennen des Werkstückinnenabschnitts (54) in einem Trennbereich (62) des Werkstücks (30) mittels der Trenneinrichtung (14); und b. Durchtrennen der Wandung (52) des Werkstücks (30) im Trennbereich (62) mittels der Laserbearbeitungseinrichtung (12).

The invention relates to a method for cutting a workpiece (30), in particular a profiled hollow-chamber workpiece, comprising a wall (52) and at least one workpiece inner section (54) lying within the wall (52), in particular a separating web, using a machining device (10). The machining device (10) has a laser machining device (12) and an additional separating device (14), in particular a mechanical separating device (14). The method has the following steps: a. separating the workpiece inner section (54) in a separating region (62) of the workpiece (30) using the separating device (14); and b. separating the wall (52) of the workpiece (30) in the separating region (62) using the laser machining device (12).

L’invention concerne un procédé d’usinage par découpage d’une pièce (30), se présentant notamment sous la forme de profilé creux, comprenant une paroi (52) et au moins une portion intérieure de pièce (54) située à l’intérieur de la paroi (52), notamment une bande de sectionnement, au moyen d’un dispositif d’usinage (10). Le dispositif d’usinage (10) comporte un appareil d’usinage au laser (12) et un appareil de sectionnement supplémentaire (14), en particulier un appareil de sectionnement mécanique (14). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a. sectionner la portion intérieure de pièce (54) dans une zone de sectionnement (62) de la pièce (30) au moyen de l’appareil de sectionnement (14) ; et b. sectionner la paroi (52) de la pièce (30) dans la zone de sectionnement (62) au moyen du dispositif d’usinage au laser (12).
