Die Erfindung betrifft ein Überwachungsgerät (36) zum Überwachen eines Verschleißzustands einer Strangführungsrolle (22) einer Stranggießanlage (2). Um eine aufwandsgünstige Überwachung des Verschleißzustands der Strangführungsrolle (22) zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Überwachungsgerät (36) eine Ermittlungseinheit (56) zum Ermitteln eines oder mehrerer verschleißabhängiger Zustandsparameter der Strangführungsrolle (22) sowie ein Anschlusselement (62), mittels welchem das Überwachungsgerät (36) drehgelenkig mit einer Kaltstranggliederkette (38) verbindbar ist, aufweist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Überwachungssystem (32) mit einem solchen Überwachungsgerät (36), eine Verwendung eines solchen Überwachungsgeräts (36) sowie ein Verfahren zum Überwachen eines Verschleißzustands einer Strangführungsrolle (22) einer Stranggießanlage (2).

The invention relates to a monitoring device (36) for monitoring a wear state of a strand guiding roller (22) of a continuous casting installation (2). In order to enable an economical monitoring of the wear state of the strand guiding roller (22), it is proposed that the monitoring device (36) comprises a determination unit (56) for determining one or more wear-dependent state parameters of the strand guiding roller (22) as well as a connection element (62), by which the monitoring device (36) is pivotably connectable to a cold strand member chain (38). The invention further relates to a monitoring system (32) comprising such a monitoring device (36), to a use of such monitoring device (36) and to a method for monitoring a wear state of a strand guiding roller (22) of a continuous casting installation (2).

L’invention concerne un appareil de surveillance (36) pour la surveillance d’un état d’usure d’un rouleau de guidage de barre (22) d’une installation de coulée continue (2). Selon l’invention, pour permettre une surveillance économique de l'état d’usure du rouleau de guidage de barre (22), l’appareil de surveillance (36) présente une unité de détermination (56) pour la détermination d’un ou plusieurs paramètres d'état dépendant de l’usure du rouleau de guidage de barre (22) ainsi qu’un élément de raccordement (62), au moyen duquel l’appareil de surveillance (36) peut être connecté de manière pivotante à une chaîne articulée de fausse barre (38). L’invention concerne en outre un système de surveillance (32) comprenant un tel appareil de surveillance (36), une utilisation d’un tel appareil de surveillance (36) ainsi qu’un procédé pour la surveillance d’un état d’usure d’un rouleau de guidage de barre (22) d’une installation de coulée continue (2).
