Um eine Begasungsvorrichtung für einen Schüttelkolben für den Betrieb in einem Inkubator zu schaffen, die eine Begasung der Kultur innerhalb des Schüttelkolbens unabhängig von der Zusammensetzung und Feuchtigkeit der Gasatmosphäre innerhalb des Inkubators ermöglicht, wird vorgeschlagen, jeden Schüttelkolben über eine lösbar mit dessen Verschlusskappe verbundene, einfach handhabbare Begasungsklammer individuell zu begasen. Die Begasungsklammer weist mindestens zwei elastische Klemmbacken und einen die Klemmbacken miteinander verbindenden Steg auf, wobei die Klemmbacken auf den Mantel der Verschlusskappe eine Klemmkraft ausüben. Die Klammer lässt sich unproblematisch auf die Verschlusskappe aufsetzen und wird durch die elastischen Klemmbacken sicher gehalten. Der Steg der Begasungsklammer verfügt über eine Ausnehmung, die oberhalb eines Gasdurchgangs in der Verschlusskappe des Schüttelkolbens angeordnet ist. Oberhalb des Sterilfilters in der Verschlusskappe wird in einem Gasraum eine individuelle Gasatmosphäre für die Begasung der Kultur in dem Schüttelkolben erzeugt.

The aim of the invention is to provide a gassing device for a shake flask for operating in an incubator, said gassing device allowing the culture within the shake flask to be gassed regardless of the composition and humidity of the gas atmosphere within the incubator. According to the invention, each shake flask is gassed individually via a gassing clamp which is releasably connected to the closure cap of the shake flask and is easy to handle. The gassing clamp has at least two elastic clamping jaws and a connecting piece which connects the clamping jaws together, wherein the clamping jaws exert a clamping force onto the casing of the closure cap. The clamp can be unproblematically placed on the closure cap and is securely held by the elastic clamping jaws. The connecting piece of the gassing clamp has a recess which is arranged over a gas passage in the closure cap of the shake flask. An individual gas atmosphere for gassing the culture in the shake flask is generated in a gas chamber over the sterile filter in the closure cap.

L'objet de l'invention est de mettre au point un dispositif de fumigation pour une fiole agitée destiné à fonctionner dans un agitateur, le dispositif permettant une fumigation de la culture à l'intérieur de la fiole agitée indépendamment de la composition et de l'humidité de l'atmosphère gazeuse à l'intérieur de l'incubateur. À cet effet, chaque fiole agitée est fumigée individuellement par l'intermédiaire d'une pince de fumigation simple à manipuler, reliée de manière détachable au bouchon de fermeture de celle-ci. La pince de fumigation présente au moins deux mâchoires de serrage élastiques et un élément jointif reliant les mâchoires de serrage l'une à l'autre, les mâchoires de serrage exerçant une force de serrage sur l'enveloppe du bouchon de fermeture. La pince peut être posée sans difficulté sur le bouchon de fermeture et est maintenue de manière sûre par les mâchoires de serrage élastiques. L'élément jointif de la pince de fumigation dispose d'un évidement, qui est disposé au-dessus d'un passage de gaz dans le bouchon de fermeture de la fiole agitée. Une atmosphère gazeuse individuelle pour la fumigation de la culture dans la fiole agitée est produite dans une chambre de gaz au-dessus du filtre stérile dans le bouchon de fermeture.
