The invention relates to a prosthetic heart valve (1) for regulating fluid flow between an upstream side (6) and a downstream side (7) and being deformable between a collapsed condition, a radially uncompressed condition and a target condition. The prosthetic heart valve comprises, an inner frame (2) having a tubular shape comprising a lumen (5), the lumen extending from the upstream side to the downstream side in the radially uncompressed condition; at least one leaflet (3) arranged within the lumen and arranged for regulation the fluid flow; a braided wire mesh (1000) arranged outside of the inner frame and coupled to the inner frame at a coupling portion (8) of the braided wire mesh only, the braided wire mesh further comprising flared portion (9) and a body portion (10) between the coupling portion and the flared portion, wherein in the radially uncompressed condition the flared portion is positioned closer to the upstream side than the coupling portion and the body portion; wherein in the radially uncompressed condition the prosthetic heart valve forms a cavity (14) surrounded by the braided wire mesh and the inner frame, the cavity having an opening (15) on the upstream side; wherein in the target condition only a part of the length of the body portion along an axis (18) is radially compressed, the axis extending from the upstream side to the downstream side; wherein the collapsed condition corresponds to a condition in which the inner frame and the braided wire mesh are radially collapsed over their entire length in axial direction; wherein in the radially uncompressed condition, the body portion is tubular; and the braided wire mesh has a rotationally symmetric circumference around the axis.

L'invention concerne une prothèse valvulaire cardiaque (1) destinée à réguler un écoulement de fluide entre un côté amont (6) et un côté aval (7), et étant déformable entre un état comprimé, un état radialement non comprimé, et un état souhaité. La prothèse valvulaire cardiaque comprend, une armature interne (2) de forme tubulaire comprenant une lumière (5), la lumière s'étendant du côté amont au côté aval dans l'état radialement non comprimé ; au moins un feuillet (3) disposé à l'intérieur de la lumière pour réguler l'écoulement de fluide ; un treillis métallique tressé (1000) disposé à l'extérieur de l'armature interne et couplé à celle-ci uniquement au niveau d'une partie d'accouplement (8) du treillis métallique tressé, le treillis métallique tressé comprenant en outre une partie évasée (9) et une partie corps (10) entre la partie d'accouplement et la partie évasée, dans l'état radialement non comprimé, la partie évasée étant positionnée plus près du côté amont que la partie d'accouplement et la partie corps ; dans l'état radialement non comprimé, la prothèse valvulaire cardiaque forme une cavité (14) entourée par le treillis métallique tressé et l'armature interne, la cavité ayant une ouverture (15) sur le côté amont ; dans l'état souhaité, la partie corps est radialement comprimée uniquement sur une partie de sa longueur le long d'un axe (18), l'axe s'étendant du côté amont au côté aval ; l'état comprimé correspondant à un état dans lequel l'armature interne et le treillis métallique tressé sont radialement comprimés sur toute leur longueur dans la direction axiale ; dans l'état radialement non comprimé, la partie corps est tubulaire ; et le treillis métallique tressé a une circonférence symétrique par rotation autour de l'axe.
