Vorgeschlagen ist eine Hydraulikeinheit (1) einer elektrohydraulischen Ventilsteuerung einer Brennkraftmaschine, umfassend: - ein Hydraulikgehäuse (2) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (33), - eine mit der Wandung der Aufnahmeöffnung selbstverstemmte Kolbenführung (32) - und einen in der Kolbenführung axialbeweglich geführten Pumpenkolben (8). Die Kolbenführung soll mit einer Außenhülse (47) und einer darin befestigten Innenhülse (48) mehrteilig sein, wobei die Außenmantelfläche der Innenhülse und die Innenmantelfläche der Außenhülse im Axialbereich der Selbstverstemmung radial voneinander beabstandet sind.

The present document proposes a hydraulic unit (1) of an electrohydraulic valve control system of an internal combustion engine, comprising: – a hydraulic housing (2) with a receiving opening (33), – a piston guide (32) self-caulked with the wall of the receiving opening – and a pump piston (8) guided so as to be able to move axially in the piston guide. The piston guide is intended to be of multipart design with an outer sleeve (47) and, secured therein, an inner sleeve (48), wherein the outer lateral face of the inner sleeve and the inner lateral face of the outer sleeve are radially spaced apart from one another in the axial region of the self-caulking portion.

L’invention concerne une unité hydraulique (1) d’une commande de soupape électrohydraulique d’un moteur à combustion interne, ladite unité hydraulique comprenant : un carter hydraulique (2) doté d’une ouverture de réception (33), un guide de piston (32) auto-ajusté avec la paroi de l’ouverture de réception et un piston de pompe (8) guidé à déplacement axial dans le guide de piston. Selon l’invention, le guide de piston doit se composer de plusieurs parties avec une enveloppe extérieure (47) et une enveloppe intérieure (48) fixée dedans et la surface latérale extérieure de l’enveloppe intérieure et la surface latérale intérieure de l’enveloppe extérieure étant à distance radiale l’une de l’autre dans la zone axiale de l’auto-ajustement.
