Gleitlager, mit einem ersten Lagerelement (2), welches mehrlagig beschichtet ist, wobei eine innere Schicht (9) mittels eines Gasphasen-Abscheideverfahrens auf einem Grundwerkstoff des ersten Lagerelementes abgeschieden ist und eine Strukturierung (11) aufweist, und eine äußere Schicht (10) als die Strukturierung (11) der inneren Schicht (9) egalisierende PTFE-Imprägnierschicht ausgebildet ist, sowie mit einem zweiten Lagerelement (3), welches aus PTFE faserverstärktem Kunststoff gebildet ist oder einen PTFE enthaltenden Gleitbelag (6) aufweist.

The invention relates to a sliding bearing comprising: a first bearing element (2) that is coated in multiple layers, wherein an inner layer (9) is deposited on a base material of the first bearing element by means of a vapour deposition method, and said inner layer has a structure (11), and an outer layer (10) is designed as a PTFE impregnation layer levelling the structure (11) of the inner layer (9); and a second bearing element (3) which is formed of PTFE fibre-reinforced plastic or has a PTFE-containing sliding lining (6).

L'invention concerne un palier lisse, comprenant un premier élément de palier (2) qui est revêtu de plusieurs couches, une couche intérieure (9) étant déposée, au moyen d'un procédé de dépôt en phase gazeuse, sur un matériau de base du premier élément de palier et présentant une structuration (11), et une couche extérieure (10) étant formée comme couche d'imprégnation en PTFE qui égalise la structuration (11) de la couche intérieure (9), et un deuxième élément de palier (3) qui est formé de plastique PTFE renforcée par des fibres, ou qui présente un revêtement de glissement (6) contenant du PTFE.
