Abstract

The present invention provides a cardiac pace making system. The cardiac pace making system comprises a sensing module, a pace making module, and a control module. Under a normal atria ventricular conduction condition, the control module controls the cardiac pace making system to work in a first mode and detect whether an atria ventricular block has occurred; various atria ventricular block events are determined accurately by sensing and comparing PR intervals and missed ventricular events; when an atria ventricular block occurs, the control module controls the cardiac pace making system to work in a second mode, so that a cardiac pacemaker may work in a timely manner and in an appropriate mode and provide an appropriate AV time sequence and ventricular rhythm.

La présente invention concerne un système de stimulation cardiaque. Le système de stimulation cardiaque comprend : un module de détection, un module de stimulation et un module de commande. Dans une condition de conduction auriculo-ventriculaire normale, le module de commande commande le système de stimulation cardiaque de sorte qu’il fonctionne selon un premier mode et détecte si un blocage auriculo-ventriculaire s'est produit ; divers événements de blocage auriculo-ventriculaire sont déterminés avec précision par détection et comparaison d'intervalles PR et d'événements ventriculaires manqués ; lorsqu'un blocage auriculo-ventriculaire se produit, le module de commande commande le système de stimulation cardiaque de sorte qu’il fonctionne selon un second mode, ce qui permet à un stimulateur cardiaque de fonctionner de manière opportune et selon un mode approprié et de fournir une séquence temporelle AV et un rythme ventriculaire appropriés.

本发明提供了一种心脏起搏系统,所述心脏起搏系统包括感知模块、起搏模块和控制模块;在房室传导正常的情况下,控制模块控制心脏起搏系统工作在第一模式且检测是否发生房室传导阻滞;通过对PR间期以及心室事件缺失的感测和比较,可准确地判断各类房室传导阻滞事件;而当房室传导阻滞时,控制模块控制心脏起搏系统工作切换为第二模式工作,可使心脏起搏器及时地工作在合适的模式,使得心脏起搏器能够提供合适的AV时序及心室节律。
