Disclosed is a transcatheter prosthetic valve replacement system (100, 200), comprising a delivery catheter (110, 210), a stent (120, 220), a prosthetic valve (130, 230), and one or more gripping members (140, 240). The prosthetic valve (130, 230) is fixed in the stent (120, 220), the gripping members (140, 240) are connected at the periphery of the stent (120, 220), and the stent (120, 220) and the gripping members (140, 240) can be pre-installed in the delivery catheter (110, 210). The gripping member (140, 240) comprises a gripping piece (141, 241), a snap ring (142, 242) and a control piece (143, 243). An end of the gripping piece (141, 241) is fixedly connected to the stent (120, 220) as a fixed end (1410, 2410), and the other end is an elastically expandable segment capable of compression and expansion (1411, 2411). The snap ring (142, 242) is slidably sleeved on the gripping piece (141, 241). An end of the control piece (143, 243) is connected to the snap ring (142, 242), and the other end of the control piece (143, 243) is controllable from outside the body. The gripping piece (141, 241) successively assumes two states from compression to complete release. To achieve the first state, the snap ring (142, 242) is moved along the gripping piece (141, 241) to the free end of the elastically expandable segment (1411, 2411) such that the elastically expandable segment (1411, 2411) gradually closes; and to achieve the second state, the snap ring (142, 242) is moved along the elastically expandable segment (1411, 2411) to the fixed end (1410, 2410) such that the elastically expandable segment (1411, 2411) is restored to the preset form thereof.
