The present invention relates to a ruthenium-nickel/activated carbon co-supported catalyst, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof in the preparation of sugar alcohols by means of sugar catalysis and hydrogenation. According to the present invention, ruthenium and nickel metals are co-loaded, by means of a simple impregnation and reduction method, on activated carbon with a high adsorption speed and a large specific surface area, to prepare an Ru-Ni/AC catalyst, which is used to prepare sugar alcohols, such as xylitol, arabitol, sorbitol, mannose, and maltitol. The catalyst is highly active and stable, can be reused in multiple batches, and has a high product yield. In summary, the catalyst of the present invention has a simple preparation process, a low production cost, a high catalytic efficiency and a good stability, is suitable for the preparation processes of various sugar alcohols, and has a good universality.

La présente invention concerne un catalyseur co-supporté au ruthénium-nickel/charbon actif, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation dans la préparation d'alcools de sucre par catalyse de sucre et hydrogénation. Selon la présente invention, les métaux du ruthénium et du nickel sont co-chargés, au moyen d'un procédé simple d'imprégnation et de réduction, sur du charbon actif avec une vitesse d'adsorption élevée et une grande surface spécifique, pour préparer un catalyseur Ru-Ni/AC, qui est utilisé pour préparer des alcools de sucre, tels que le xylitol, l'arabitol, le sorbitol, le mannose et le maltitol. Le catalyseur est hautement actif et stable, peut être réutilisé dans de multiples lots, et a un rendement de produit élevé. En résumé, le catalyseur de la présente invention présente un processus de préparation simple, un faible coût de production, un rendement catalytique élevé et une bonne stabilité, est approprié pour les processus de préparation de divers alcools de sucre, et présente une bonne universalité.

本发明涉及钌镍/活性炭共负载型催化剂及其制备方法和其在糖催化加氢制备糖醇中的应用。本发明通过简单的浸渍还原法将金属钌和镍共负载到吸附速度快、比表面积大的活性炭上,制备出Ru-Ni/AC催化剂,并应用于木糖醇、阿拉伯醇、山梨醇、甘露糖、麦芽醇等系列糖醇的制备。催化剂活性高,稳定性好,可多批次重复利用,产物产率高。总之,本发明的催化剂制备工艺简单、生产成本低、催化效率高、稳定性好,适用于多种糖醇的制备过程,通用性好。
