The present invention provides a screen splicing structure. The screen splicing structure comprises a substrate layer, a middle adhesive layer, and a surface layer; the substrate layer comprises a first substrate and a second substrate; the second substrate is spliced with the first substrate, and a seam is formed at a splicing place; the surface layer and the middle adhesive layer are stacked; the surface layer covers the seam by bonding the middle adhesive layer and the substrate layer; the peeling strength of the surface layer and the substrate layer is greater than or equal to 1,000gf/inch. The present invention also relates to a method for forming the screen splicing structure. By cementing the middle adhesive layer and the substrate layer, and covering the middle adhesive layer and the seam by the surface layer, the screen splicing structure provided by the present invention can effectively reduce the change of a normal line in the splicing place.

La présente invention concerne une structure de jonction d'écran. La structure de jonction d'écran comprend une couche de substrat, une couche adhésive intermédiaire et une couche de surface ; la couche de substrat comprend un premier substrat et un second substrat ; le second substrat est joint avec le premier substrat, et une couture est formée au niveau d'un emplacement de jonction ; la couche de surface et la couche adhésive intermédiaire sont empilées ; la couche de surface recouvre la couture par liaison de la couche adhésive intermédiaire et de la couche de substrat ; la résistance au décollement de la couche de surface et de la couche de substrat est supérieure ou égale à 1 000 gf/pouce. L'invention concerne également un procédé de formation de la structure de jonction d'écran. Par la scellement de la couche adhésive intermédiaire et de la couche de substrat, et le recouvrement de la couche adhésive intermédiaire et de la couture par la couche de surface, la structure de jonction d'écran selon la présente invention permet de réduire efficacement le changement d'une ligne normale dans le l'emplacement de jonction.

本发明提供一种屏幕拼接结构,包括基底层、中间胶层与表面层,基底层包括第一基底与第二基底,第二基底与第一基底拼接并在拼接处形成拼缝,表面层与中间胶层层叠设置,通过中间胶层与基底层粘接,表面层覆盖拼缝,表面层与基底层的剥离强度≥1000gf/inch。本发明还涉及一种形成上述屏幕拼接结构的方法。本发明提供的屏幕拼接结构通过中间胶层与基底层胶合、表面层覆盖中间胶层及拼缝可以有效降低拼缝处的法线变化。
