Abstract

A cooling structure for balancing the air pressure inside a machine base, comprising a machine base (8), and an air inlet end cover (10) and an air outlet end cover (7) respectively mounted at the front and rear ends of the machine base (8). A stator (12) is provided in the machine base (8). The top of the base (8) close to the front end thereof is provided with an air inlet (9). The inner side of the inlet end cover (10) extends out of a sealing ring (13) toward stator teeth to seal a rotor. The sealing ring (13) and the inlet end cover (10) form a V-shaped air path structure. The structure combines the advantages of axial ventilation holes, optimized air volume and air pressure, and small space occupied. The structure can be widely used in the field of locomotive direct drive traction motors. In particular, when there is a high requirement for the space at the bottom of the locomotive and a user cannot provide a large air pressure, the structure has significant advantages.

L’invention concerne une structure de refroidissement destinée à équilibrer la pression d’air à l’intérieur d’une base de machine, comprenant une base (8) de machine, et un couvercle d’extrémité d’entrée (10) d’air et un couvercle d’extrémité de sortie (7) d’air montés respectivement aux extrémités avant et arrière de la base (8) de machine. Un stator (12) est disposé dans la base (8) de machine. Le haut de la base (8) proche de son extrémité avant comporte une entrée d’air (9). Le côté intérieur du couvercle d’extrémité d’entrée (10) s’étend hors d’une bague d’étanchéité (13) vers des dents de stator pour sceller un rotor. La bague d’étanchéité (13) et le couvercle d’extrémité d’entrée (10) forment une structure de chemin d’air en forme de V. La structure combine les avantages de trous d’aération axiaux, de volume d’air et de pression d’air optimisés, et d'un espace occupé restreint. La structure peut être largement utilisée dans le champ technique de moteurs de traction d’entraînement direct de locomotives. En particulier, lorsqu’il y a un fort besoin d’espace en bas de la locomotive et qu’un utilisateur ne peut assurer une forte pression d’air, la structure a des avantages significatifs.
