A wearable device and a measurement system and method capable of detecting bio-impedance and electrocardiogram. The wearable device comprises: a housing, a watchband, and four electrode sheets (P1, P2, P3, P4) used for detecting bio-impedance and electrocardiogram information; the watchband is connected to the housing; two electrode sheets (P1, P2) among the four electrode sheets (P1, P2, P3, P4) are provided on the front surface of the housing, the other two electrode sheets (P3, P4) are provided on the back surface of the housing. According to the wearable device, both bio-impedance and electrocardiogram signal measuring functions can be achieved, the bio-impedance is measured by using a four-electrode method, electrocardiogram measurement is completed by using three electrode sheets (P2, P3, P4) among the four electrode sheets (P1, P2, P3, P4) in combination, therefore, the device structure is optimized, the device volume is reduced, the cost is lowered, and the measurement precision is also ensured.

L'invention concerne un dispositif portable ainsi qu'un système et un procédé de mesure capables de détecter une bio-impédance et un électrocardiogramme. Le dispositif portable comprend : un boîtier, un bracelet de montre et quatre feuilles d'électrode (P1, P2, P3, P4) utilisées pour détecter des informations de bio-impédance et d'électrocardiogramme ; le bracelet de montre est connecté au boîtier ; deux feuilles d'électrode (P1, P2) parmi les quatre feuilles d'électrode (P1, P2, P3, P4) sont disposées sur la surface avant du boîtier, les deux autres feuilles d'électrode (P3, P4) sont disposées sur la surface arrière du boîtier. Selon le dispositif portable, des fonctions de mesure de signal à la fois de bio-impédance et d'électrocardiogramme peuvent être obtenues, la bio-impédance est mesurée à l'aide d'un procédé à quatre électrodes, une mesure d'électrocardiogramme est réalisée en utilisant trois feuilles d'électrode (P2, P3, P4) parmi les quatre feuilles d'électrode (P1, P2, P3, P4) en combinaison, par conséquent, la structure du dispositif est optimisée, le volume du dispositif est réduit, le coût est réduit, et la précision de mesure est également garantie.

一种可检测生物阻抗和心电的可穿戴设备、测量系统及方法,可穿戴设备包括:壳体、表带以及用于检测生物阻抗和心电信息的四个电极片(P1、P2、P3、P4),表带与壳体连接,四个电极片(P1、P2、P3、P4)的两个电极片(P1、P2)设于壳体正面,另外两个电极片(P3、P4)设于壳体的背面,可穿戴设备可以同时实现生物阻抗和心电信号的测量功能,采用四电极法测量生物阻抗,再在这四个电极片(P1、P2、P3、P4)上共用其中的三个电极片(P2、P3、P4)完成心电测量,优化设备结构,减小设备体积,降低成本,同时保证测量精度。
