A handwheel control device and system, and a handwheel. The handwheel control device comprises an acquisition module (11), an optocoupler isolation module (12), and a main control module (13). The acquisition module (11) is configured to acquire rotation parameters generated by the rotation of a grating disk driven by the handwheel, and convert the rotation parameters into a first electrical signal. The photocoupler isolation module (12) is configured to convert the first electrical signal into an optical signal at an input end of the photocoupler isolation module (12), and convert the optical signal into a second electrical signal at an output end. The main control module (13) is configured to receive the second electrical signal, and the second electrical signal is used for generating configuration information of controlled devices (1 ... N). The provision of the optocoupler isolation module (12) effectively prevents the mutual interference between the input end and the output end. The handwheel control device has a good anti-interference performance and electrical insulation performance.

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif et à un système de commande de volant de direction et à un volant de direction. Le dispositif de commande de volant de direction comprend un module d'acquisition (11), un module d'isolation de photocoupleur (12), et un module de commande principal (13).
