Disclosed are a specialized nuclear-grade zirconium plate rolling and quenching heat treatment continuous production line and a process therefor. The production line comprises a rolling system (A) and a quenching system (B). The rolling system (A) involves a rolling heating furnace (A1), and a rolling mill (A2), wherein a zirconium plate can move back and forth in a heating area (1b) of the rolling heating furnace; and the quenching system (B) comprises a heating furnace (B1), a rapid quenching device (B2) arranged at an outlet of the heating furnace, and a traversing roller way (B3) arranged at the outlet of the heating furnace and communicating with a conveying roller way, towards the rolling mill, of the rolling heating furnace. By means of the production line and process, on the one hand, the processes of rolling and quenching are directly coupled, so that continuous processing is realized; and on the other hand, through the arrangement of a temperature area of a furnace roller assembly in the heating furnace, the length of the whole furnace body is shortened, the equipment structure is simplified, and the cost and the energy consumption are reduced.

L'invention concerne une chaîne de production continue assurant un traitement thermique de trempe et un laminage de plaque de zirconium de grade nucléaire, spécialisés, et un procédé associé. La chaîne de production comprend un système de laminage (A) et un système de trempe (B). Le système de laminage (A) comprend un four de chauffe de laminage (A1) et un laminoir (A2), une plaque de zirconium pouvant être déplacée selon un va et vient dans une zone de chauffe (1b) du four de chauffe de laminage; et le système de trempe (B) comprend un four de chauffe (B1), un dispositif de trempe rapide (B2) agencé au niveau d'une sortie du four de chauffe, et un transporteur à déplacement en va-et-vient (B3) agencé, en direction du laminoir, au niveau de la sortie du four de chauffe et communiquant avec un convoyeur à rouleaux du four de chauffe de laminage. Au moyen de la chaîne et du procédé de production, d'une part, les processus de laminage et de trempe sont directement couplés, de sorte qu'un traitement continu est réalisé; et d'autre part, grâce à l'agencement d'une zone de température d'un ensemble rouleaux de four dans le four de chauffage, la longueur de l'ensemble du corps de four est raccourcie, la structure d'équipement est simplifiée, et le coût et la consommation d'énergie sont réduits.
