A continuous-heat-treatment rotary-drum-type heating furnace special for bearing steel balls, comprising a furnace body (1) provided with a feeding end portion (10) and a discharging end portion (11); a rotary drum (2) rotatably disposed in the furnace body (1) around the axis line extending in the horizontal direction; helical flow guide parts (3) disposed on the inner wall of the rotary drum (2) and helically distributed along the length direction of the rotary drum (2); heating assemblies (4) located between the outer side of the rotary drum (2) and the inner wall of the furnace body (1); and a driving assembly (5) used for driving autorotation of the rotary drum (2). The feeding end portion (10) is located at one end of the furnace body (1) and transfers steel balls to feeding ends of the helical flow guide parts (3) by means of a screw feeder (b); the discharging end portion (11) is located at the other end of the furnace body (1) and is communicated with discharging ends of the helical flow guide parts (3). When continuous production is satisfied, a helical transfer mode is used, in which steel balls are transferred from the feeding end portion (10) to the discharging end portion (11) in a rolling process, so that the steel balls are heated more uniformly and thus the quality of steel ball heat treatment is improved. In addition, the yield is increased significantly, the difference between inner structures of the steel balls is little, and the quality is stable.

La présente invention concerne un four de chauffage de type à tambour rotatif de traitement thermique continu adapté pour porter des billes d'acier, le four comprenant un corps de four (1) pourvu d'une partie d'extrémité d'alimentation (10) et d'une partie d'extrémité d'évacuation (11); un tambour rotatif (2) disposé rotatif dans le corps de four (1) autour de la ligne axiale s'étendant dans la direction horizontale; des parties de guidage d'écoulement hélicoïdal (3) disposées sur la paroi interne du tambour rotatif (2) et reparties de façon hélicoïdale le long de la direction de la longueur du tambour rotatif (2); des ensembles de chauffage (4) situés entre le côté externe du tambour rotatif (2) et la paroi interne du corps de four (1); et un ensemble d'entraînement (5) servant à entraîner l'autorotation du tambour rotatif (2). La partie d'extrémité d'alimentation (10) est située à une extrémité du corps de four (1) et transfère des billes d'acier vers des extrémités d'alimentation des parties de guidage d'écoulement hélicoïdal (3) au moyen d'un dispositif d'alimentation à vis (b); la partie d'extrémité d'évacuation (11) est située à l'autre extrémité du corps de four (1) et est en communication avec les extrémités d'évacuation des parties de guidage d'écoulement hélicoïdal (3). Lors d'une production continue, il est utilisé un mode de transfert hélicoïdal dans lequel des billes d'acier sont transférées depuis la partie d'extrémité d'alimentation (10) vers la partie d'extrémité d'évacuation (11) dans un procédé de laminage, de sorte que les billes d'acier sont chauffées plus uniformément et, par conséquent, la qualité du traitement thermique des billes d'acier est améliorée. En outre, le rendement augmente considérablement, la différence entre les structures internes des billes d'acier est faible et la qualité est stable.
