Abstract

A synthesis method for a carbamate using dimethyl sulfoxide ylide, amine and carbon dioxide is provided. The carbamate is obtained by adding dimethyl sulfoxide ylide, an amine and a solvent into a pressure reactor, then adding a catalyst, a base, a ligand and an additive therein, then introducing carbon dioxide, performing a reaction at 50 to 120 °C under stirring for 2 to 24 h, and then separating and purifying the reaction product. Compared with the existing technology for synthesizing carbamates using phosgene or isocyanate, the synthesis method uses readily available dimethyl sulfoxide ylide and amine and nontoxic carbon dioxide as raw materials, has simple and safe reaction operations, and has good adaptability to functional groups and wide adaptability to substrates, having good industrial application prospects.

L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un carbamate à l'aide de diméthylsulfoxyde ylide, d'amine et de dioxyde de carbone. Le carbamate fourni par la présente invention est obtenu par un procédé consistant à ajouter du diméthylsulfoxyde ylide, d'une amine et d'un solvant dans un réacteur sous pression, ajouter ensuite un catalyseur, une base, un ligand et un additif à l'intérieur de celui-ci, puis introduire du dioxyde de carbone, effectuer une réaction à une température comprise entre 50 et 120 °C sous agitation pendant 2 à 24 h, puis séparer et purifier le produit de réaction. Le procédé de synthèse, selon l'invention utilise du diméthylsulfoxyde ylide facilement disponible, une amine et du dioxyde de carbone non toxique en tant que matières premières, par comparaison avec la technologie existante pour la synthèse de carbamates utilisant du phosgène ou de l'isocyanate; ledit procédé a des opérations de réaction simples et sans danger, une bonne adaptabilité avec des groupes fonctionnels ainsi qu'une grande adaptabilité à des substrats, ce qui lui permet d'avoir de bonnes perspectives d'application sur le plan industriel.

提供了一种利用二甲亚砜叶立德、胺和二氧化碳合成氨基甲酸酯的方法。在耐压反应器中,加入二甲亚砜叶立德、胺和溶剂,再加入催化剂、碱、配体和添加剂,然后通入二氧化碳,在50~120℃下搅拌反应2~24h,反应产物经分离纯化,得到氨基甲酸酯。所述合成方法与现有利用光气或异腈酸酯合成氨基甲酸酯的技术相比,利用易得的二甲亚砜叶立德和胺以及无毒的二氧化碳为原料,反应操作简单安全;对功能团适应性好,对底物适应性广,具有良好的工业应用前景。
