Disclosed are a precise temperature-control-type heat pump hot blast stove control system and control method. A temperature detection unit, a constant temperature adjustment unit and an air supply unit are provided in the control system, wherein through cooperation between the temperature detection unit and the constant temperature adjustment unit, the control system supplies, in the air supply unit, hot air which matches a set temperature. According to the control system and control method, and considering the particularity of operation of a grain drying heat pump system, by means of system design and intelligent control logic, when a heat pump hot blast stove is in variable working conditions such as change in external environment temperature, a change in heat pump air inlet temperature, and fin frosting and defrosting, input selection of multi-level different heating capacities and precise control of a direct-current frequency conversion adjustment system are realized, such that when a heat pump is operated normally, it is ensured that an air outlet temperature is controlled so that a difference value between same and a set temperature is maintained within a range of +/-0.3 degrees, thus ensuring quality and the drying amount of dried materials.

L'invention concerne un système de commande et un procédé de commande de four à vent chaud à pompe à chaleur du type à commande de température précise. Une unité de détection de température, une unité d'ajustement de température constante et une unité de délivrance d'air sont disposées dans le système de commande, et, par une coopération entre l'unité de détection de température et l'unité d'ajustement de température constante, le système de commande délivre, dans l'unité de délivrance d'air, de l'air chaud qui correspond à une température de consigne. Selon le système de commande et le procédé de commande, et en tenant compte de la particularité de fonctionnement d'un système de pompe à chaleur de séchage de grain, à l'aide d'une conception de système et d'une logique de commande intelligente, quand un four à vent chaud à pompe à chaleur est dans des conditions de fonctionnement variables telles qu'un changement de température d'environnement externe, un changement de température d'entrée d'air de pompe à chaleur, et un givrage et un dégivrage d'ailettes, une sélection d'entrée de capacités de chauffage différentes à niveaux multiples et une commande précise d'un système d'ajustement de conversion de fréquence en courant continu sont réalisées, de telle sorte que, quand une pompe à chaleur fonctionne normalement, il est garanti qu'une température de sortie d'air est régulée de telle sorte qu'une valeur de différence entre celle-ci et une température de consigne est maintenue dans une plage de +/-0,3 degrés, de façon à garantir ainsi la qualité et la quantité de séchage de matériaux séchés.

精确控温型热泵热风炉控制系统及控制方法,于控制系统内设有温度检测单元、恒温调节单元及送风单元;控制系统通过温度检测单元与恒温调节单元的协作,于送风单元内供入与设定温度匹配的热风。该控制系统及控制方法,针对粮食烘干热泵系统运行的特殊性,通过系统设计和智能控制逻辑,解决热泵热风炉在外界环境温度变化、热泵进风温度变化、翅片结霜和化霜等变化工况时,实现多级不同制热能力投入选择和精确控制直流变频调节系统,使热泵在正常运行时,保证出风温度控制在与设定温度差值维持在±0.3度之内,保证烘干物料的品质和烘干量。
