A beam-column non-open-hole connection node of a modular steel structure building and an assembly method. A positioning cylinder is fixed at a lower part of an inner wall of a beam-column. A positioning plate is fixed at an upper end of the positioning cylinder. A lower end plate is fixed at a lower end of the beam-column, and an upper end plate is fixed at an upper end of the beam-column. A bolt is located in the positioning cylinder, the bolt has external threads, the upper end plate has a threaded hole, and a middle part of the lower end plate has a hole. The beam-column non-open-hole connection node of the modular steel structure building and the assembly method of the present invention have a simple structure, a wide application, and convenient construction; no additional bolts are needed, a bolt penetrates a liner plate to connect upper and lower modules, and then the liner plate and the bolt may connect horizontal modular steel structures at the front, rear, left and right as a whole; a bolt reserved in the beam-column may be connected by means of the tightening of a long rod torsion tool to connect adjacent beam-columns at end surfaces, and the torsion tool may be pulled out after screwing; the installation is convenient and the weight of the modular steel structure is reduced; and eight modules at most may be connected together and may be applied to each node of the modular building.

L'invention concerne un nœud de jonction à trou non ouvert poutre-poteau d'un bâtiment à structure en acier modulaire et un procédé d'assemblage. Un cylindre de positionnement est fixé au niveau d'une partie inférieure d'une paroi interne d'un poteau-poutre. Une plaque de positionnement est fixée à une extrémité supérieure du cylindre de positionnement. Une plaque d'extrémité inférieure est fixée à une extrémité inférieure du poteau-poutre, et une plaque d'extrémité supérieure est fixée à une extrémité supérieure du poteau-poutre. Un boulon est situé dans le cylindre de positionnement, le boulon a des filetages externes, la plaque d'extrémité supérieure a un trou fileté, et une partie centrale de la plaque d'extrémité inférieure possède un trou. 一种模块化钢结构建筑的梁柱无开孔连接节点与组装方法,定位筒固定在梁柱内壁下部,定位板固定在定位筒上端,下端板固定在梁柱下端,上端板固定在梁柱上端,螺栓位于定位筒之中,螺栓具有外螺纹,上端板具有螺纹孔,下端板中部具有孔。本发明的一种模块化钢结构建筑的梁柱无开孔连接节点与组装方法,结构简单、应用广泛、施工方便;不需要附加螺栓,螺栓穿过垫板将上下模块连接后,垫板与螺栓便可将前后左右的水平模块化钢结构连为整体;通过长杆扭具拧紧预留在梁柱内的螺栓即可连接端面相邻的梁柱,扭具拧完后撤出,安装方便并减轻了模块化钢结构的重量;最多可以将八个模块连接在一起,可应用于模块化建筑的各个节点。
