A preparation method for β-lactam derivatives, comprising: using a substituted N-quinoline-3-butenamide derivative as a substrate for reaction with a toluene derivative or a heterocyclic derivative under the action of DTBP and a copper salt catalyst at 90-150°C to prepare beta-lactam derivatives. According to this method, multiple β-lactam derivatives can be obtained in high yield; the reaction conditions are relatively mild, the reaction operation and post treatment process are simple, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de dérivés de β-lactame, comprenant les étapes consistant à : utiliser un dérivé de N-quinoléine-3-buténoamide substitué en tant que substrat pour une réaction avec un dérivé de toluène ou un dérivé hétérocyclique sous l'action de DTBP et un catalyseur de sel de cuivre à 90-150 °C pour préparer des dérivés de β-lactame. Le procédé selon l'invention permet d'obtenir divers dérivés de β-lactame avec un rendement élevé ; les conditions de réaction sont relativement modérées, le mode opératoire et le processus de post-traitement sont simples, et le procédé est approprié pour une production à grande échelle.

一种β-内酰胺衍生物的制备方法:以取代N-喹啉-3-丁烯酰胺衍生物为底物,与甲苯衍生物或杂环衍生物在DTBP和铜盐催化剂的作用下,在90-150℃下反应,制得β-内酰胺衍生物。按照此方法可以高收率的得到多个β-内酰胺衍生物,反应条件较温和、反应操作和后处理过程简单,适合于规模化生产。
