Disclosed are a cultivation method for a novel interspecific hybrid downy mildew resistant cucumis sativus variety and use thereof. The cultivation method comprises using high-generation selfing line CCMC of 'Changchun Mici' as the female parent and Cucumis sativus-Cucumis hystrix Chakr introgression line material IL52 as the male parent to perform hybridization to obtain F1, subjecting the hybrid F1 to selfing to obtain F2, and continuing to construct an F6 recombinant selfing line by means of single seed descend method; performing phenotypic statistics of natural incidence of downy mildew in adult plants in the field for four years on recombinant inbred line populations to screen out single recombinant plants having high resistance and good fruit commerciality; and using backcrossing and molecular marker-assisted selection to obtain single plants of which genotypes within dm5.2 segment are consistent with IL52 banding pattern, while other chromosome segments having'Changchun Mici' banding patterns, i.e. the novel interspecific hybrid downy mildew resistant Cucumis sativus variety.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture pour une nouvelle variété de Cucumis sativus résistant au mildiou hybride interspécifique et son utilisation. Le procédé de culture comprend les étapes consistant à utiliser une lignée endogame de haute génération CCMC de 'Changchun Mici' en tant que parent femelle et un matériau de lignée d'introgression cucumis sativus-cucumis hystrix Chakr IL52 en tant que parent mâle pour effectuer une hybridation pour obtenir F1, soumettre l'hybride F1 à autofécondation pour obtenir F2, et continuer à construire une lignée endogame recombinée F6 au moyen d'une méthode de sélection par filiation monograine; réaliser des statistiques phénotypiques d'incidence naturelle de mildiou chez des plantes adultes dans le champ pendant quatre ans sur des populations de lignées pures recombinantes pour cribler des plantes recombinées uniques ayant une résistance élevée et une bonne commercialisation des fruits; et utiliser un croisement en retour et une sélection assistée par marqueur moléculaire pour obtenir des plantes uniques dont les génotypes dans le segment dm 5.2 sont cohérents avec le profil de bande IL52, tandis que d'autres segments de chromosomes ont des profils de bande 'Changchun Mici', c'est-à-dire la nouvelle variété de Cucumis sativus résistant au mildiou hybride interspécifique.

一种抗霜霉病黄瓜种间杂种新品种的培育方法及应用。该培育方法包括以'长春密刺'的高代自交系CCMC为母本,以黄瓜-酸黄瓜渐渗系材料IL52为父本,进行杂交获得F1,杂种F1自交获得F2,并继续通过单粒传的方式构建F6重组自交系;通过对重组自交系群体进行4年的田间成株期霜霉病自然发病表型统计,筛选出抗性高且果实商品性较好的重组单株;利用回交及分子标记辅助选择获得dm5.2区段内基因型与IL52带型一致,而其他染色体区段为'长春密刺'带型的单株即为抗霜霉病黄瓜种间杂种新品种。
