Abstract

A preparation method for nano calcium carbonate used for enhancing the viscosity of a PVC welding seam sealing adhesive, the method being carried out according to the following steps: (1) calcining limestone, then crushing, adding hot water and digesting; (2) sieving while hot; (3) adding water for dilution, and when the temperature drops to ≤28°C, loading into a synthesis reaction device and adding a seed crystal growth agent; (4) introducing a mixed gas for synthesis; when conductivity drops to the lowest point for the first time and then rises again, adding a tablet-type growth agent, and when pH is 10.5-11, stopping ventilation, adding a consistency enhancer and applying ultrasonic waves, and ventilating again until pH=7; (5) adding an activator for modification treatment after heating; (6) filtering and drying to remove water, and crushing an agglomerated portion. A product prepared by the present invention is added to a PVC welding seam sealing adhesive, which may have the effect of a thickener, and also achieve a filling effect for calcium carbonate.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de carbonate de calcium nanométrique utilisé pour améliorer la viscosité d'un adhésif d'étanchéité de cordon de soudure PVC, le procédé étant mis en œuvre selon les étapes suivantes consistant à : (1) calciner du calcaire, puis le broyer, ajouter de l'eau chaude et procéder à une digestion ; (2) tamiser à chaud ; (3) ajouter de l'eau pour diluer, et lorsque la température baisse à ≤ 28 °C, introduire le tout dans un dispositif pour réaction de synthèse et ajouter un agent de croissance pour germe cristallin ; (4) introduire un gaz mixte pour la synthèse ; lorsque la conductivité chute jusqu'au point le plus bas pour la première fois, avant de remonter, ajouter un agent de croissance sous forme de tablettes, et lorsque le pH est égal à 10,5 à 11, arrêter la ventilation, ajouter un agent améliorant l'uniformité et appliquer des ondes ultrasonores, et reprendre la ventilation jusqu'à ce que le pH = 7 ; (5) ajouter un activateur pour un traitement de modification après chauffage ; (6) filtrer et sécher pour éliminer l'eau, et broyer la partie agglomérée. Un produit préparé par la présente invention, qui peut avoir l'effet d'un épaississant et permet également d'obtenir un effet de remplissage pour le carbonate de calcium, est ajouté à un adhésif d'étanchéité de cordon de soudure PVC,.

一种PVC焊缝密封胶粘剂粘稠度增强用纳米碳酸钙的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)将石灰石煅烧后破碎,加热水消化;(2)趁热过筛;(3)加水稀释,温度降低至≤28℃时,置于合成反应设备内,加入晶种生长剂;(4)通入混合气体进行合成;当电导率第一次下降至谷底,再进行回升时,加入类片型生长剂, pH值在10.5~11时,停止通气,加入稠度强化剂并施加超声波,再次通气至pH=7;(5)加热后加入活化剂改性处理;(6)过滤烘干去除水分,将团聚的部分破碎。本发明制备的产品在PVC焊缝密封胶中添加,不仅能够起到增稠剂的作用,同时又能达到碳酸钙的填充效果。
