The present invention relates to the field of interventional medical instruments, and relates in particular to a thrombus removal device used for removing a thrombus in a blood vessel. The thrombus removal device comprises an elongated delivery member and a plurality of thrombus removal members disposed on the elongated delivery member; the thrombus removal member has a compressed configuration and an expanded configuration formed from the compressed configuration by means of self-expansion; at least one thrombus removal member among the plurality of thrombus removal members is rotatably connected to the elongated delivery member. By means of causing the thrombus removal member to have rotational degrees of freedom, the thrombus removal device provided by the present invention enables a thrombus to enter the thrombus removal member more easily by means of a thrombus entrance so that the thrombus removal member may fully expand and fully contact the thrombus, thereby achieving more effective capture of the thrombus.

La présente invention concerne le domaine des instruments médicaux d'intervention et concerne en particulier un dispositif d'élimination de thrombus utilisé pour retirer un thrombus dans un vaisseau sanguin. Le dispositif d'élimination de thrombus comprend un élément de pose allongé et une pluralité d'éléments d'élimination de thrombus disposés sur l'élément de pose allongé ; l'élément d'élimination de thrombus présente une configuration comprimée et une configuration déployée formée à partir de la configuration comprimée par auto-expansion ; au moins un élément d'élimination de thrombus parmi la pluralité d'éléments d'élimination de thrombus est relié de manière rotative à l'élément de pose allongé. Grâce aux degrés de liberté rotationnels conférés à l'élément d'élimination de thrombus, le dispositif d'élimination de thrombus selon la présente invention permet une entrée plus aisée d'un thrombus dans l'élément d'élimination de thrombus au moyen d'une entrée de thrombus, de telle sorte que l'élément d'élimination de thrombus peut complètement se dilater et entrer complètement en contact avec le thrombus, ce qui permet d'obtenir une capture plus efficace du thrombus.
