Disclosed is an anti-magnetic metering and detection device, comprising a tray (1) which rotates around an axis (4), and a rotary detection module (3), which is located above the tray (1) and is fixed so as to be stationary, wherein an upper surface of the tray (1) is in a partially metalized state; the rotary detection module (3) comprises an excitation circuit (7), a PCB coil and a signal processing circuit, which are connected in sequence; the PCB coil comprises an excitation coil (5), which is parallel to an upper plane of the tray (1) and the center of which is located on the axis (4), and multiple induction coils (6), which are circumferentially arranged inside the excitation coil (5) at equal angles, with two adjacent induction coils (6) being paired; and the signal processing circuit comprises a switch amplification circuit (9), and a sampling circuit (8) connected to a sampling end of the switch amplification circuit (9), with one end of each of the induction coils (6) respectively being connected to an input end of the switch amplification circuit (9). The switch amplification circuit (9) can amplify induction signals of the induction coils (6), and increase the maximum distance between the upper plane of the tray (1) and a plane of the PCB coil.
