A 3D printing-based building structure manufacturing device. Said device comprises a 3D printing apparatus (1) and a reinforcement apparatus; the 3D printing apparatus has a storage cavity (11) and a print head (12) connected to the storage cavity (11) and movable relative to a base frame; the reinforcement apparatus is provided movably relative to the base frame, and has a driving mechanism (3) for driving short reinforcing bars or short ribs to perform an insertion movement in a direction intersecting with the direction of stacking of cement-based slurry layers, the driving mechanism (3) inserting the short reinforcing bars or short ribs into interfaces at least crossing two adjacent cement-based slurry layers printed by the 3D printing apparatus (1). Further provided is a 3D printing-based building structure manufacturing method. There is no printing gap between the cement-based slurry layers printed by said device and the reinforcing bars inserted, ensuring tight connection between the cementitious slurry and the reinforcing bars, improving the mechanical performance and toughness of interfaces between the 3D-printed cement-based material layers.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de structure de construction basé sur une impression 3D. Ledit dispositif comprend un appareil d'impression 3D (1) et un appareil de renforcement ; l'appareil d'impression 3D comporte une cavité de stockage (11) et une tête d'impression (12), reliée à la cavité de stockage (11) et mobile par rapport à un cadre de base ; l'appareil de renforcement est disposé de façon mobile par rapport au cadre de base, et comporte un mécanisme d'entraînement (3) pour entraîner des barres de renforcement courtes ou des nervures courtes à effectuer un mouvement d'insertion dans une direction croisant la direction d'empilement de couches de coulis à base de ciment, le mécanisme d'entraînement (3) insérant les barres de renforcement courtes ou les nervures courtes dans des interfaces croisant au moins deux couches adjacentes de coulis à base de ciment imprimées par l'appareil d'impression 3D (1). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de structure de construction basé sur une impression 3D. Il n'y a aucun intervalle d'impression entre les couches de coulis à base de ciment imprimées par ledit dispositif et les barres de renforcement insérées, ce qui assure une liaison étroite entre le coulis cimentaire et les barres de renforcement, améliore la performance mécanique et la ténacité des interfaces entre les couches de matériau à base de ciment imprimées en 3D.
