A feed pre-compression device for use in a cropping machine, comprising a vacuum cover provided above a feed-end conveyor belt (13), wherein the vacuum cover comprises a top plate (14) and side plates (12); the top plate is provided with vent holes that are stepped holes; a stop block (15) is provided on each vent hole; the upper end of the stop block is connected with an air cylinder (6); the upper end of the top plate is further connected with a lifting mechanism; the side plate is made of a resilient material, and is provided with symmetrical air pumping openings (18); the air pumping opening is connected with a vacuum pumping mechanism; the clamping mechanisms that are symmetrically distributed are further provided on the racks at the two sides of the conveyor belt; each clamping mechanism comprises moving blocks (2); the moving block can move on the rack (1) in the Y direction; the moving block is provided with clamping arms (7); the clamping arm is driven by a clamping air cylinder (8). By using the vacuum cover to perform vacuum pumping and compression on multiple layers of materials to be cut, the multiple layers of materials to be cut can be compressed and attached in a vacuum pumping manner, and thus the multiple layers of materials are cropped at one time, and the cropping efficiency is improved.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de pré-compression d'alimentation destiné à être utilisé dans une machine de recadrage comprenant un couvercle à vide disposé au-dessus d'une bande transporteuse d'extrémité d'alimentation (13), le couvercle à vide comprenant une plaque supérieure (14) et des plaques latérales (12); la plaque supérieure est dotée de trous d'évent qui sont des trous étagés; un bloc d'arrêt (15) est disposé sur chaque trou d'évent; l'extrémité supérieure du bloc d'arrêt est en outre raccordée à un cylindre pneumatique (6); l'extrémité supérieure de la plaque supérieure est en outre raccordée à un mécanisme de levage; la plaque latérale est composée d'un matériau élastique et est dotée d'ouvertures de pompage d'air symétriques (18); l'ouverture de pompage d'air est raccordée à un mécanisme de pompage à vide; les mécanismes de serrage qui sont répartis symétriquement sont en outre disposés sur les crémaillères au niveau des deux côtés de la bande transporteuse; chaque mécanisme de serrage comprend des blocs mobiles (2); le bloc mobile peut se déplacer sur la crémaillère (1) dans la direction Y; le bloc mobile est doté de bras de serrage (7); le bras de serrage est entraîné par un cylindre pneumatique de serrage (8). En utilisant le couvercle à vide pour réaliser un pompage à vide et une compression sur de multiples couches de matériaux devant être coupés, les multiples couches de matériaux devant être coupés peuvent être comprimées et fixées à la manière d'un pompage à vide, et ainsi les multiples couches de matériau sont recadrées en une fois et l'efficacité de recadrage est améliorée.
