Abstract

A vacuum adsorption system for display panels, comprising a control device (11), a mechanical arm (12), and a vacuum device (13), wherein the mechanical arm (12) is provided with two or more retractable rods (121), and an adsorption plate (122) is connected to each retractable rod (121). The adsorption plate (122) is provided internally with an adsorption cavity (142), and the surface thereof is provided with adsorption holes (141); the adsorption cavity (142) is connected to the vacuum device (13) by means of an air suction pipe (132). The control device (11) controls each retractable rod (121) of the mechanical arm (12) to stretch or retract, so that the adsorption plates (122) connected to the two retractable rods (121) can be combined to adsorb single display panels or respectively adsorb two display panels. In this way, the multiple adsorption plates are combined to absorb panels, and a single adsorption plate absorbs different panels by opening or closing the adsorption holes, so that adsorption requirements of different panels can be met.

La présente invention concerne un système d'adsorption à vide pour panneaux d'affichage comprenant un dispositif de commande (11), un bras mécanique (12) et un dispositif à vide (13), le bras mécanique (12) étant doté de deux ou plus de deux tiges rétractables (121) et une plaque d'adsorption (122) étant raccordée à chaque tige rétractable (121). La plaque d'adsorption (122) est dotée en interne d'une cavité d'adsorption (142) et sa surface est dotée de trous d'adsorption (141) ; la cavité d'adsorption (142) est raccordée au dispositif à vide (13) au moyen d'un tuyau d'aspiration d'air (132). Le dispositif de commande (11) commande chaque tige rétractable (121) du bras mécanique (12) pour son étirement ou sa rétraction, de sorte que les plaques d'adsorption (122) raccordées aux deux tiges rétractables (121) peuvent être combinées pour adsorber des panneaux d'affichage uniques ou adsorber respectivement deux panneaux d'affichage. De cette manière, les multiples plaques d'adsorption sont combinées pour absorber des panneaux, et une seule plaque d'adsorption absorbe différents panneaux par l'ouverture ou la fermeture des trous d'adsorption, de sorte que des exigences d'adsorption de différents panneaux peuvent être remplies.

一种显示面板真空吸附系统,包括控制装置(11)、机械臂(12)和真空装置(13),其中机械臂(12)上设置有2个或以上数量的收缩杆(121),其中每一收缩杆(121)连接有一吸附板(122)。吸附板(122)内设有一吸附腔(142),其表面设置有吸附孔(141),其中吸附腔(142)通过一吸气管(132)与真空装置(13)连接。其中控制装置(11)通过控制机械臂(12)的各收缩杆(121)的伸展或是缩回,使得2个收缩杆(121)连接的吸附板(122)能够组合进行单一显示面板的吸附,或是分别进行两个显示面板的吸附,如此通过多个吸附版进行组合吸取面板,以及单个吸附板通过打开或者关闭吸附孔进行不同面板吸取,可以达到不同面板的吸附需求。
