Abstract

Disclosed is a method and a device for preparing a corrosion-resistant hot stamping part. The method comprises the following steps: blanking a bare steel sheet to obtain a desired blank shape; placing the blank in an anaerobic heating furnace and heating above AC3 to austenitize the blank; inserting the austenitized blank into a mold to form a part; and performing a surface treatment on the part to form a corrosion-resistant coating on the surface of the part.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de préparation d'une pièce d'estampage à chaud résistante à la corrosion. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant : à découper une tôle d'acier nue pour obtenir une forme de découpe souhaitée ; à placer la découpe dans un four de chauffage anaérobie et à chauffer à une température supérieure à AC3 pour austénitiser la découpe ; à insérer la découpe austénitisée dans un moule pour former une pièce ; et à réaliser un traitement de surface sur la pièce pour former un revêtement résistant à la corrosion sur la surface de la pièce.

一种耐腐蚀热冲压零件的制备方法及装置,该方法包括以下步骤:将裸钢板落料成所需坯料形状;将坯料放入无氧加热炉内进行加热至AC3以上,使坯料奥氏体化;将奥氏体化的坯料放入模具中成型,使之形成零件;对零件进行表面处理,使零件表面形成防腐涂层。
