A baking oven (10), comprising a baking oven cavity (12), a heater (14), a compressed air generator (16), and an air guiding device (20). The baking oven cavity (12) is used for placing a substrate (30); the heater (14) is used for heating air in the baking oven cavity (12) so as to bake the substrate (30) placed in the baking oven cavity (12); the compressed air generator (16) is used for generating compressed air; the air guiding device (20) is connected to the compressed air generator (16), and is used for accelerating introduction of the compressed air into the baking oven cavity (12) and accelerating air circulation in the baking oven cavity (12) when the heater (14) stops heating, so that the temperature of the baking oven cavity (12) is reduced quickly.

La présente invention concerne un four de cuisson (10), comprenant une cavité de four de cuisson (12), un dispositif de chauffage (14), un générateur d'air comprimé (16) et un dispositif de guidage d'air (20).
