Provided by the present invention is an image compression method. The image compression method comprises: using multiple windows to traverse a segmented image without overlapping; calculating the percentage of the surface area of each window occupied by the surface area of target regions in the window; obtaining a quantization step corresponding to the percentage of the surface area of the window occupied by the surface area of the target regions in each window according to an adaptive model, and then quantizing the window corresponding to the quantization step to obtain a quantized image according to the quantization step of each window; and compressing the quantized image using a coding algorithm, so that windows having a lot of target regions which contain important information can be compressed by using a relatively small quantization step, while windows having more secondary information can be compressed by using a relatively high quantization step size as much as possible, so as to increase the compression ratio and not affect the important information in an original image, thereby reducing the pressure on storage and channel transmission, reducing the requirements of computer processing capabilities, reducing the occupation of memory space, and reducing costs.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de compression d'image. Le procédé de compression d'image consiste à : utiliser de multiples fenêtres pour traverser une image segmentée sans chevauchement ; calculer le pourcentage de la surface de chaque fenêtre occupée par la surface de régions cibles dans la fenêtre ; obtenir un pas de quantification correspondant au pourcentage de la surface de la fenêtre occupée par la surface des régions cibles dans chaque fenêtre selon un modèle adaptatif, puis quantifier la fenêtre correspondant au pas de quantification pour obtenir une image quantifiée selon le pas de quantification de chaque fenêtre ; et compresser l'image quantifiée à l'aide d'un algorithme de codage, de telle sorte que des fenêtres ayant de nombreuses régions cibles qui contiennent des informations importantes peuvent être compressées par utilisation d'un pas de quantification relativement petit, tandis que des fenêtres ayant davantage d'informations secondaires peuvent être compressées autant que possible par utilisation d'une taille de pas de quantification relativement élevée, de façon à augmenter le taux de compression et à ne pas affecter les informations importantes dans une image d'origine, permettant ainsi de réduire la pression sur le stockage et la transmission de canal, de réduire les exigences de capacités de traitement informatique, de réduire l'occupation de l'espace mémoire et de réduire les coûts.

本发明提供一种图像压缩方法。该图像压缩方法通过采用多个窗口不重叠遍历该分割图像,计算每一窗口中的目标区域的面积占窗口的面积的百分比,根据自适应模型得到每一窗口中目标区域的面积占窗口的面积的百分比对应的量化步长,再根据每一窗口的量化步长分别对与该量化步长对应的窗口进行量化得到量化图像,采用编码算法对量化图像进行压缩,从而可以对包含重要信息的目标区域较多的窗口采用较小的量化步长进行压缩,而包含其他次要信息较多的窗口可以尽可能采用较高的量化步长进行压缩,从而增大压缩比,且不影响原始图像中的重要信息,进而减弱存储和信道传输的压力,降低计算机处理能力的要求,减少对内存空间的占用,降低成本。
