A display device having a fingerprint recognition function comprises: a display panel having a display region and a non-display region; and an ultrasonic wave-based fingerprint recognition module provided inside an upper surface of the display device having a fingerprint recognition function, and comprising: a substrate; a reflection layer provided at the substrate; multiple microcrystalline particles distributed within the reflection layer; and at least one ultrasonic wave generation and reception unit provided at at least one side of the reflection layer.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage possédant une fonction de reconnaissance d'empreinte digitale comprenant : un panneau d'affichage comprenant une région d'affichage et une région de non-affichage ; et un module de reconnaissance d'empreinte digitale fondé sur des ondes ultrasonores disposé à l'intérieur d'une surface supérieure du dispositif d'affichage possédant une fonction de reconnaissance d'empreinte digitale, et comprenant : un substrat ; une couche de réflexion disposée sur le substrat ; de multiples particules microcristallines réparties à l'intérieur de la couche de réflexion ; et au moins une unité de génération et de réception d'ondes ultrasonores disposée sur au moins un côté de la couche de réflexion.
