A manufacturing method for a multi-layer product hot-melt connection structure and an application thereof. By means of hot-melt connection between a first connector (10) and a hot-melt connector (30), single-layer or multi-layer intermediates (20) are sandwiched therebetween to achieve the purpose of one-step connection and combination. Different structural layers can be bonded without a complicated bonding process, thereby improving the production efficiency of multi-layer product combination; moreover, further simplification and further improvement of the production efficiency can be achieved in combination with an injection process.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une structure de liaison par fusion de produit multicouche et une application de celle-ci. Au moyen d'une liaison par fusion entre un premier élément de liaison (10) et un élément de liaison thermofusible (30), des intermédiaires monocouche ou multicouche (20) sont pris en sandwich entre ceux-ci pour atteindre l'objectif d'une liaison et d'une combinaison en une seule étape. Différentes couches structurales peuvent être assemblées sans processus d'assemblage compliqué, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de production d'une combinaison de produits multicouches. De plus, une simplification supplémentaire et une amélioration supplémentaire du rendement peuvent être obtenues en combinaison avec un processus d'injection.

一种多层次产品热熔连接结构的制作方法及其应用。通过第一连接体(10)与热熔连接体(30)的热熔连接,将单层或多层的中间体(20)夹在中间,达到一次性连接结合的目的。各结构层不需要经复杂的粘接工艺进行粘接,提高多层次产品相结合的生产效率,而且可结合射出工艺,进一步简化和提升生产效率。
