A light-emitting panel (100), a manufacturing method for a light-emitting panel, and a display device (1000), wherein the light-emitting panel (100) comprises: a light-emitting substrate (10), first inorganic layer (20), organic packaging layer (30), and second inorganic layer (40), which are stacked in sequence from bottom to top; the organic packaging layer (30) is formed by means of organic ink; a moistening layer (50) is provided on a peripheral edge area (201) of the first inorganic layer (20), the moistening layer (50) being used to wet a peripheral edge area (201) of the first inorganic layer (20) such that the organic ink is evenly distributed on the first inorganic layer (20) before forming the organic packaging layer (30).

L’invention concerne un panneau électroluminescent (100), un procédé de fabrication d’un panneau électroluminescent, et un dispositif d’affichage (1000), le panneau électroluminescent (100) comprenant : un substrat électroluminescent (10), une première couche inorganique (20), une couche de conditionnement organique (30), et une deuxième couche inorganique (40), lesquels sont empilés dans cet ordre de bas en haut ; la couche de conditionnement organique (30) étant formée au moyen d’encre organique ; une couche d’humidification (50) étant disposée sur une zone de bord périphérique (201) de la première couche inorganique (20), la couche d’humidification (50) servant à mouiller une zone de bord périphérique (201) de la première couche inorganique (20) de sorte que l’encre organique soit répartie uniformément sur la première couche inorganique (20) avant de former la couche de conditionnement organique (30).
