Abstract

A long-service-life ultrathin sintering brazing hole drill for drilling of a military armored Kevlar layer, comprising a working part (100) at the upper section and a mounting part (200) at the lower section, wherein the working part comprises a working section (101) at the upper section and a connecting section (102) at the lower section, a through hole penetrating from top to bottom is formed in the hole drill, a diamond layer (103) is provided at the top of the working section, the diamond layer is located on the outer side face and the end face of the top of the working section, and the diamond layer at the top of the working section is of a wavy tooth-shaped structure. The long-service-life ultrathin sintering brazing hole drill for the drilling of the military armored Kevlar layer is long in service life and high in cutting capacity. The present invention further relates to a production process for the long-service-life ultrathin sintering brazing hole drill for the drilling of the military armored Kevlar layer.

L'invention concerne un foret pour trou de brasage et de frittage ultra-mince à longue durée de vie pour le forage d'une couche de Kevlar armé militaire, comprenant une pièce de travail (100) au niveau de la section supérieure et une pièce de montage (200) au niveau de la section inférieure, la pièce de travail comprenant une section de travail (101) au niveau de la section supérieure et une section de liaison (102) au niveau de la section inférieure, un trou traversant pénétrant de haut en bas étant formé dans le foret pour trou, une couche de diamant (103) étant disposée au niveau de la partie supérieure de la section de travail, la couche de diamant étant située sur la face latérale extérieure et la face d'extrémité de la partie supérieure de la section de travail et la couche de diamant au niveau de la partie supérieure de la section de travail étant une structure en forme de dent ondulée. Le foret pour trou de brasage et de frittage ultra-mince à longue durée de vie pour le forage de la couche de Kevlar armé militaire présente une longue durée de vie et une capacité de coupe élevée. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de production du foret pour trou de brasage et de frittage ultra-mince à longue durée de vie pour le forage de la couche de Kevlar armé militaire.
