Disclosed are a flexible display panel and a preparation method therefor. The bending performance of the flexible display panel is improved by means of an organic dielectric insulating layer (17); first contact holes (1611, 1612) in a display area (111) and a deep hole (162) in a bending area (112) are formed after formation of a second gate insulating layer (152), such that the first contact holes (1611, 1612) are formed in a first source and drain metal layer (1631, 1632), thereby reducing hole density of a second source and drain metal layer (173), not only ensuring improvement of the bending performance of the panel, but also ensuring high PPI; by means of manufacturing a two-layered SD structure, IR-drop is lowered, and display uniformity of the panel is increased; and the design of two-layered metal wirings in the bending area (112) can further lower IR-drop and reduce manufacturing risks.

La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage flexible et un procédé de préparation associé. La performance de courbure du panneau d'affichage flexible est améliorée au moyen d'une couche isolante diélectrique organique (17) ; des premiers trous de contact (1611, 1612) dans une zone d'affichage (111) et un trou profond (162) dans une zone de courbure (112) sont formées après la formation d'une seconde couche d'isolation de grille (152), de telle sorte que les premiers trous de contact (1611, 1612) sont formés dans une première couche métallique de source et de drain (1631, 1632), réduisant ainsi la densité des trous d'une seconde couche métallique de source et de drain (173), en assurant non seulement l'amélioration des performances de courbure du panneau, mais en assurant également une PPI élevée ; au moyen de la fabrication d'une structure SD à deux couches, une chute d'IR est réduite, et l'uniformité d'affichage du panneau est augmentée ; et la conception de câblages métalliques à deux couches dans la zone de courbure (112) peut réduire encore la chute d'IR et réduire les risques de fabrication.

一种柔性显示面板及其制备方法,通过有机介电绝缘层(17)提高柔性显示面板的弯折性能;通过在第二栅极绝缘层(152)后进行显示区(111)的第一接触孔(1611,1612)和弯折区(112)的深孔(162)挖孔,将第一接触孔(1611,1612)在第一源漏金属层(1631,1632)完成,降低第二源漏金属层(173)挖孔的密度,在提高面板弯折性能的同时保证高PPI;采用双层SD结构制程,降低IR压降、提高面板显示均匀性;将弯折区(112)走线设计为双层金属走线,以进一步降低IR压降和制程风险。
