Abstract

A crosslinking immobilized bienzyme-surfactant coordination complex, which is obtained by modifying glucose oxidase and catalase by means of a surfactant, performing reactions such as precipitating and cross-linking, and synthesizing. A surfactant-modified bienzyme system significantly improves the dispersibility of a cross-linking aggregate in a reaction medium, ensures that the agglomeration does not easily happen to the aggregate, an d has good thermal stability. In addition, the crosslinking immobilized bienzyme-surfactant coordination complex can be synthesized at room temperature without being operated at low temperature, which greatly reduces costs. After use, the complex can be recycled and reused by means of simple centrifugation, and the enzyme activity is still maintained high after repeated reuse.

Complexe de coordination bienzyme-tensioactif immobilisé de réticulation, obtenu en modifiant la glucose oxydase et la catalase au moyen d'un tensioactif, en effectuant des réactions telles que la précipitation, la réticulation et la synthèse. Le système de bienzyme modifié par un tensioactif améliore significativement la dispersibilité d'un agrégat de réticulation dans un milieu de réaction, garantit que l'agglomération de l'agrégat ne se produise pas facilement, et présente une bonne stabilité thermique. De plus, le complexe de coordination bienzyme-tensioactif immobilisé de réticulation peut être synthétisé à température ambiante sans être mis en oeuvre à basse température, ce qui réduit considérablement les coûts. Après utilisation, le complexe peut être recyclé et réutilisé au moyen d'une simple centrifugation, et l'activité enzymatique est toujours maintenue élevée après une réutilisation répétée.

一种交联固定化双酶-表面活性剂复合物,通过表面活性剂对葡萄糖氧化酶和过氧化氢酶的双酶体系进行修饰,再经沉淀、交联等反应过程合成得到。经过表面活性剂修饰的双酶体系,大大增加了交联聚集体在反应介质中的分散性,保证其不易出现团聚现象,并具有良好的热稳定性。此外,交联固定化双酶-表面活性剂复合物无需低温操作,室温下即可合成,大大降低了实验成本,使用后通过简单的离心分离可回收再利用,经过多次重复利用后酶活仍能保持较高的活力。
