A display panel (100) and a display device. The display panel (100) comprises a substrate (10), an alignment film (30), a frame sealant (50), and a blocking wall (70) provided between the alignment film (30) and the frame sealant (50). The blocking wall (70) comprises a first sub-blocking wall and a second sub-blocking wall. The first sub-blocking wall is provided with at least two first blocking portions (71) arranged at an interval in a first direction to form a clearance gap (75). The second sub-blocking wall is provided with at least one second blocking portion (73). The second blocking portion (73) and the first blocking portion (71) are spaced apart in a second direction. The second blocking portion (73) faces the clearance gap (75). The second blocking portion (73) has a length greater than or equal to a length of the clearance gap (75).

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage (100) et un dispositif d'affichage.
