Abstract

Disclosed are a display panel (100) and a display apparatus. The display panel (100) comprises: a first substrate component (10), an electrode layer (15), a second substrate component (30) and a signal layer (35), wherein the electrode layer (15) is fitted to the first substrate component (10), the second substrate component (30) is adjacent to the electrode layer (15), and the signal layer (35) is fitted to the second substrate component (30). The display panel (100) further comprises: a frame adhesive (40) abutting against the electrode layer (15) and the signal layer (35); a liquid crystal (50) arranged between the electrode layer (15) and the signal layer (35), wherein the liquid crystal (50) is located at one side of the frame adhesive (40); and a sealing member (70), the sealing member (70) being arranged at one side of the frame adhesive (40) and sealing the electrode layer (15) and/or the signal layer (35).

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage (100) et un appareil d'affichage.
