Disclosed are a display panel (110), a manufacturing method and a display apparatus (100). The display panel (110) is divided into a display area (124) and a non-display area (125) and comprises: a first substrate (111), a second substrate (112) and a glue frame (126), wherein the glue frame (126) is arranged between the first substrate (111) and the second substrate (112); an alignment layer (127) is arranged at the second substrate (112); the non-display area (125) of the second substrate (112) is provided with a block wall structure (113); the block wall structure (113) is arranged between the alignment layer (127) and the glue frame (126); the block wall structure (113) comprises a trunk (114) and multiple branches (115); the multiple branches (115) are at least arranged at one side of the trunk (114) and close to the alignment layer (127) or the glue frame (126); and the multiple branches (115) are each away from the trunk (114) and extend in the direction of the alignment layer (127) or the glue frame (126).
