A manufacturing method for a steel cord having a polygonal layered structure, comprising the steps of: respectively placing an inner layer monofilament and a middle layer monofilament (01, 02) on spools (11, 12) of a payoff platform (10), and distributing an outer layer monofilament (03) uniformly on payoff spools (32) inside a payoff rotating member (30), wherein the payoff is carried out in the following order: the inner layer monofilament (01) → the middle layer monofilament (02) → the outer layer monofilament (03); twisting cord strands of the middle layer filament and the inner layer filament by means of a wire distribution member (40) and a first wire concentration opening (41), uniformly distributing the outer layer monofilament (03) on a second wire distribution member (43) and twisting and forming the same along with the twisted core strand by means of a second wire concentration opening (45); a wire conveying wheel (47) causing a steel stranded wheel to rotate together with the payoff rotating member (30) while the second wire concentration opening (45) does not rotate, and completing the first twisting; rotating the steel stranded wheel at a main shaft pulley (51) end of the payoff rotating member (50) while a lower traction wheel (52) end is fixed, and the payoff rotating member (50) rotating so as to complete the second twisting, thereby twisting the steel wires into cords. The manufacturing method realizes a single twisting and forming process of multi-strand monofilament, such that the steel cord structure is stable, demonstrates desired performance, and has significantly improved yields.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un câble d'acier ayant une structure polygonale en couches, comprenant les étapes consistant à : placer respectivement un monofilament de couche interne et un monofilament de couche intermédiaire (01, 02) sur des bobines (11, 12) d'une plate-forme de déroulement (10), et distribuer un monofilament de couche externe (03) uniformément sur des bobines de déroulement (32) à l'intérieur d'un élément rotatif de déroulement (30), le déroulement étant réalisé dans l'ordre suivant : le monofilament de couche interne (01) → le monofilament de couche intermédiaire (02) → le monofilament de couche externe (03) ; torsader des brins de câble du filament de couche intermédiaire et du filament de couche interne au moyen d'un élément de distribution de fil (40) et d'une première ouverture de concentration de fil (41), distribuer uniformément le monofilament de couche externe (03) sur un second élément de distribution de fil (43) et torsader et former celui-ci conjointement avec le brin central torsadé au moyen d'une seconde ouverture de concentration de fil (45) ; une roue de transport de fil (47) amenant une roue toronnée en acier à tourner conjointement avec l'élément rotatif de déroulement (30) tandis que la seconde ouverture de concentration de fil (45) ne tourne pas, et terminer la première torsion ; faire tourner la roue toronnée en acier au niveau d'une extrémité de poulie d'arbre principal (51) de l'élément rotatif de déroulement (50) tandis qu'une extrémité de roue de traction inférieure (52) est fixée, et l'élément rotatif de déroulement (50) tournant de façon à terminer la seconde torsion, ce qui permet de torsader les fils d'acier pour obtenir des câbles. Le procédé de fabrication met en œuvre une étape de torsion et de formation unique de monofilament multibrins, de telle sorte que la structure de câble d'acier est stable, présente des performances souhaitées, ainsi que des rendements significativement améliorés.

一种多边形层状结构的钢丝帘线的生产工艺,其包括步骤:将内层和中间层单丝(01、02)分别外置于放线台(10)的工字轮(11、12)上,外层单丝(03)均匀分布在放线旋转体(30)内部的放线工字轮(32)上,放线顺序为内层单丝(01)→中间层单丝(02)→外层单丝(03);将中间层及内层单丝经过分线盘(40)和第一集线咀(41)进行编捻芯股,外层单丝(03)均匀分布于第二分线盘(43),与编捻的芯股同时经过第二集线咀(45)编捻成型;第二集线咀(45)不转动,由过线轮(47)带着钢丝束随放线旋转体(30)一起转动,完成第一次捻制;钢丝束在收线旋转体(50)的主轴滑轮件(51)端旋转,下牵引轮(52)端固定,收线旋转体(50)旋转完成第二次捻制,钢丝编捻成绳。该生产工艺使得多股单丝一次加捻成型,钢帘线结构稳定、性能良好且良品率显著提高。
