A charger and a rail vehicle. Transistors in a power unit of the charger are all silicon carbide transistors, and the silicon carbide transistors are characterized by a high switching frequency and a low switching loss, thereby facilitating reducing the weight of passive devices such as a voltage converter and a filter inductor in the charger and improving the working efficiency of the charger, and thus achieving the purposes of reducing the overall volume and weight of the charger and improving the efficiency of the charger.

L’invention concerne un chargeur et un véhicule ferroviaire. Des transistors dans une unité de puissance du chargeur sont tous des transistors au carbure de silicium, et les transistors au carbure de silicium sont caractérisés par une haute fréquence de commutation et une faible perte de commutation, facilitant ainsi la réduction du poids de dispositifs passifs tels qu’un convertisseur de tension et une inductance de filtre dans le chargeur et améliorant l’efficacité de fonctionnement du chargeur, et atteignant ainsi les objectifs de réduire le volume et le poids globaux du chargeur et d'améliorer l’efficacité du chargeur.
