The invention discloses a method for sequencing long fragment nucleic acid. Nucleic acid molecules comprising a long inserted fragment, a first sequencing joint and a second sequencing joint are used to establish a sequencing library, and the nucleic acid sequence of a long inserted fragment can be obtained by means of segmented sequencing.

L'invention concerne un procédé de séquençage d'acide nucléique à long fragment. Des molécules d'acide nucléique comprenant un long fragment inséré, une première articulation de séquençage et une seconde articulation de séquençage sont utilisées pour établir une bibliothèque de séquençage, et la séquence d'acide nucléique d'un long fragment inséré peut être obtenue au moyen d'un séquençage segmenté.
